1 Bedroom Apartment, Seapoint
This compact Sea Point apartment underwent a full renovation on a tight timeline, with demolition starting on 18 November 2025 and the space made liveable by mid-December. Final finishes were completed by the end of January, with the core build delivered over a focused five-week period.
The scope included a complete gut of the kitchen and bathroom, new lighting throughout, and the relocation of electrical points across the apartment. Warm oak-tone vinyl flooring was introduced to add warmth while remaining cost-effective.
To improve kitchen functionality, the entrance window was bricked up to allow for better appliance placement. The new kitchen was fitted using the client’s existing appliances, paired with a Smeg gas oven, duco-sprayed cabinetry, and a clean white countertop.
The client remained in residence over December, requiring careful coordination and efficient decision-making throughout the build. While styling and interior décor were not included in the project scope, the renovation delivered a considered and functional transformation that speaks for itself. Photos were taken just before the new tenant moved in, prior to the installation of a medicine cabinet mirror which was a last minute add, so unfortunately professional photos were not able to be obtained.
